This property is part of a building complex. It is located in a valley with wide views over the surrounding Sierras. When one enters the House there is a living room with a fireplace. Behind it lies a dining area with a staircase leading to two bedrooms. A closed patio from which you get in the kitchen, in a bath, a shed and a working space is located behind the dining area. From the patio, a staircase leads to a bedroom with bathroom and a roof terrace. Opposite the House is a small garden with two olive trees.

The House is located on the outskirts of the aldea of Monte los Frailes. The nearest restaurant can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Benamargosa and Riogordo with various restaurants, shops and banks are about 15 minutes by car. To reach the coast near near Vélez Málaga it takes half an hour and to Malga 60 minutes.
